Plant Manager
Evoqua, a Xylem brand is searching for a dynamic Plant Manager (Operations, Quality & Production) to take on the responsibility of overseeing plant activities in order to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of plant performance and will ensure that objectives are attained in a safe, cost-effective manner that's consistent with quality requirements.
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering preferred. Bilingual is a plus.
The Plant Manager will also delegate authority to key supervisors in production, manage all functions involved and direct and coordinate operations for the Ion Exchange regeneration plant and services we provide. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemicals with previous experience as a front-line supervisor or engineer.

Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. The estimated salary range for this position is $115,800 to $148,900 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
