Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Child Care Assistant Director to lead our center with a strong focus on staff management, program development, and maintaining a nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will be a coach and mentor—guiding and training staff to ensure they provide the highest quality care and education to the children. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee curriculum implementation, facility management, and foster open communication between teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities :

Staff Leadership & Development :

  • Oversee, train, and mentor staff to maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and staff development programs.
  • Ensure staff meets licensing requirements and center expectations.

Curriculum & Program Oversight :

  • Ensure the curriculum is being properl  used in center’s and provides an enriching learning experience from teachers.
  • Monitor classroom activities and offer guidance to improve instructional quality.
  • Facility & Operations Management :

  • Ensure the center meets health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Oversee a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement :

  • Represent the center at local events to build relationships and promote services.
  • Parent & Teacher Communication :

  • Foster a strong partnership between parents and teachers through regular updates,  and meetings,
  • Ensure parents receive timely communication about their child’s progress and center updates.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience in child care management, early childhood education, or staff training.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of child care licensing and safety regulations.
  • Passion for fostering a positive work culture and high-quality child care services.
