Koniag Professional Services, a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an entry-level Document Reviewer Level 1 (DRL1) to conduct classification reviews of government agency documents primarily at the National Declassification Center (NDC) and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in scientific or engineering disciplines and the ability to identify potential classified information in various technical areas related to nuclear weapons and materials.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Reviewing documents to identify potential Restricted Data (RD), Formerly Restricted Data (FRD), Trans classified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI), and National Security Information (NSI) in the following technical areas :
• Nuclear weapons design and improvise nuclear devices
• Nuclear material production and isotope separation technologies
• Counterintelligence and nuclear intelligence
• Weapon science and inertial confinement fusion
• Military utilization of nuclear weapons
• Determining whether documents potentially contain RD / FRD / TFNI / DOE NSI / Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information (UCNI) and referring those documents to a Document Reviewer Level 3 or above for a classification determination.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering or a physical science from an accredited college or university.
