Senior Creator Ecosystem Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities
- Global Developer Recruitment and Expansion (Focus : North America). Develop and execute a recruitment strategy targeting global developers (independent developers, tech bloggers, Agent researchers, automation experts, small development teams, etc.), with a primary focus on North America (USA as the core), extending to Europe and other key regions.
- Actively identify, engage, and persuade top-tier Agent, automation, and developer tool professionals from Silicon Valley and across the USA to join our Marketplace.
- Establish and maintain effective channels for acquiring developer leads (such as US tech community meetups, renowned developer forums, open-source projects, KOL recommendations, industry conferences, etc.).
- Deeply understand developer needs (especially those of US developers) and provide personalized onboarding consultations, product training, and technical support to ensure their Agents are smoothly developed, tested, and launched.
- Plan and organize online / offline workshops, boot camps, hackathons, etc., targeted at global developers, especially those in the US, to enhance developer skills and foster community cohesion.
- Core Responsibility : Ensure the quality of recruited developers and their listed Agents, with particular emphasis on high-quality Agent introductions from the US market.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to gather and address pain points and needs from developers (especially US-based ones) during the development process to drive product improvements.
- Design and implement incentive programs (such as competitive revenue sharing, traffic support, special bonuses, certification systems, etc.) aimed at global developers, particularly those in the US, to boost developer activity and loyalty.
- Explore and establish strategic partnerships with developer communities, open-source organizations, tech media, prominent university CS departments, incubators / accelerators, etc., both in the US and globally, to jointly expand the ecosystem.
- Focus on managing relationships with core US developers, becoming a trusted local partner who regularly communicates and efficiently addresses their issues.
- Collaborate effectively with product, marketing, technology, design, and global teams to ensure alignment between developer ecosystem strategies and overall company goals.
Qualifications
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.Over 5 years of experience, with roles in Developer Relations (DevRel), technology community operations, partnership management, or related areas.Must have a strong interest and in-depth understanding of Agent, automation (e.g., RPA), SaaS, low-code / no-code platforms, or developer tools.Proven experience in recruiting, managing, and empowering technical developers, with preference given to those with experience serving US developers or working in US tech companies.Experience living, studying, or working in the USA, or possessing extensive connections within the US tech circle and developer communities.Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills : Skilled at building trust and communicating clearly and persuasively with technically inclined developers, especially those in the US.Project Management and Execution : Ability to manage multiple developer relationships and projects simultaneously, paying attention to detail to ensure efficient implementation.Ecosystem Thinking and Strategic Capability : Capable of building and maintaining a healthy, sustainable ecosystem.Problem-solving and Coordination Skills : Quickly comprehend developer challenges and coordinate internal resources to provide solutions.Language Skills : Native or near-native English proficiency (English is the working language), with excellent cross-cultural communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with US developers. Additional language skills are a plus.Genuine passion for Agent technology and global developer ecosystems.Developer-centric mindset with a strong sense of service and empathy.Results-oriented, proactive, with a strong sense of self-motivation.Excellent teamwork spirit, capable of efficiently adapting to cross-time-zone work with developers.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $168,000 / year and $276,000 / year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
