Application Support Engineer

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their Shared Services Technology team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design, development, implementation, assessment, and support of multiple environments and applications related to HR, Procurement, and Accounts Payable

Monitor the overall health, performance, and availability of applications, actively resolving system impacts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

3+ years of application development or support experience

Basic understanding of programming with Unix and Oracle

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
