Sproutlings is a one-of-a-kind pediatric day care and preschool that combines traditional early childhood education with Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) services for medically fragile children.
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who want to make a real difference. As a Nurse Assistant / Caregiver, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working to ensure each child receives safe, nurturing, and personalized care—whether they’re here for medical support or early learning experiences.

What You’ll Do
Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you’ll :
Assist with daily care routines including dressing, feeding, and personal careProvide compassionate incontinence care and help reposition children as neededTransport children using wheelchairs or stretchers safely and attentivelyAssist with physical exams and help monitor children’s behavior or changes in conditionSupport mealtime routines and feeding assistance as neededHelp children transition throughout the day—including arrival, pickup, and classroom changesEnsure proper documentation such as clocking children in / out and reporting updates to staffRespond appropriately to emergency procedures including fire, weather, and disaster alertsFoster a calm, cheerful environment that supports each child's dignity and well-beingParticipate in themed activities and support classroom engagement when neededRequirements
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalentMust be 18 years or olderExperience working with children or in a care environment preferredStrong multitasking, communication, and time management skillsReadiness to follow medical and safety proceduresHigh level of patience, empathy, and teamworkSuccessful completion of prescreening hiring requirementsBenefits
