Job Summary : Paris Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit / Medical-Surgical team for a night shift travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards

Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications :

Active RN license in the state of Texas or compact state

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in PCU and / or Medical-Surgical units

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
