Key Responsibilities
Psychiatry Administrative Support
- Monitor and process incoming faxes daily, uploading
- Appropriate documentation into electronic health records and communicating with relevant providers
- Manage new client documentation for services, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping
- Send and collect signed releases for medical records, including primary care provider documentation and forms
- Conduct Prescription Monitoring Program reviews for new clients
- Process prior authorizations for medication management
- Manage records requests and coordinate with the billing team as needed
- Upload labs, chart documents, and relevant correspondence into charts
- Conduct quarterly caseload and PMP reviews for patients
- Maintain accurate client lists and support communication with patients and care providers
- Coordinate with the intake team, referral sources, and billing department to facilitate administrative workflows
Qualifications
