Maintenance Technician
Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a Maintenance Technician.
- General property upkeep and grounds keeping
- Mowing , landscaping, and exterior maintenance
- Light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to maintenance needs
- Any other duties are tasks that may be asked of you
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Pay : $20 / hour
