Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. The position is responsible for a wide variety of inventory related activities to ensure the accountability and overall flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse facility; track product shipping errors, ensure inventory counts are accurate, conduct audits, review accuracy of documents related to inventory.

Job Description :

• Daily research of company product shipping errors for individual bottle pulls and full cases
• Utilize the company's technological tools to verify accuracy of inventory shipped
• Provide regular pro-active updates so management is well informed and updated regarding all open issues with inventory
• Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records
• Counting all types of products for the warehouse to ensure inventory records are accurate
• Identify and propose solutions for inventory issues and resolutions, such as out-of-stock inventory, damages, and discrepancies
• Prepare various inventory related reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements :

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
