Our Machine Operator Trainee / Utility position is an entry level role with the expectation that self-motivated individuals will advance into progressively skilled positions.

What you will do :

• Successful applicants may be trained to function in a variety of positions, including cleanup and operating machinery, forklifts or other equipment as assigned by the supervisor.
• Possess or have demonstrated the capability to operate machine center at assigned area and / or related equipment efficiently at productive rates without assistance.
• Possess or have demonstrated the capability to know and meet all quality specifications for assigned area and / or related equipment.
• Supporting our culture of safety by adhering to mill safety policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
