Stay updated on the latest trends in email marketing to maintain competitive strategies. Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo. Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and persuasive content. Experience with list segmentation, automation workflows, and personalization techniques. Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics. Familiarity with HTML / CSS for basic email customization. Knowledge of email compliance laws and best practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus : Experience in the education or e-learning industry.
