Healthcare Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient circumstances and client guidelines

Document account records with relevant information and actions taken

Manage patient disputes and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of healthcare collections experience

Familiarity with HIPAA and TCPA compliance during calls

Associate's degree is preferred

2+ years of related experience in self-pay collections is a plus
