We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB / GYN to provide high-quality care in one of three flexible practice models :
Hospitalist : Focused on inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including emergency response, deliveries, and surgical interventions.Clinic-Based : Outpatient OB / GYN services with a focus on preventive care, routine checkups, and long-term patient relationships.Hybrid Role : A combination of both hospital and clinic-based responsibilities.Responsibilities (Varies Based on Role Chosen)
For Hospitalists :
Provide in-house coverage for unassigned or emergent obstetric patients, including evaluation, treatment, admission, and ongoing inpatient management.Respond to OB and GYN emergency cases, including walk-in patients, triage calls, and consults within the Emergency Department and throughout the hospital.Perform surgical interventions as needed for unassigned gynecologic emergencies and provide surgical assistance to attending OB / GYNs upon request.For Clinic-Based Physicians :
Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, routine exams, and family planning services.Manage gynecologic conditions in an office-based setting with access to in-office procedures and diagnostics.Develop long-term patient relationships and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.For Hybrid Physicians :
Balance inpatient and outpatient responsibilities to ensure continuity of care across both settings.Split time between labor and delivery coverage, surgical cases, and outpatient clinic visits based on preferences and organizational needs.Credentials
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Eligible for Delaware medical licensure.Strong commitment to team-based medicine and patient-centered care.Education
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
