Provider Activation Consultant

A company is looking for a Provider Activation Consultant to support the integration of policies and operational workflows related to the Enterprise Platform Solution.

Key Responsibilities

Research provider data, manage inbound requests, and maintain records in Salesforce

Analyze VA site engagement metrics and document provider selection decisions

Engage provider organizations for program information and execute provider activation in EPS

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare coordination or data analytics

Experience with Salesforce and data analytics

High school diploma required; higher education a plus

Active PIV holder preferred; must be clearable for VA Public Trust

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
