Excellent career opportunity for CRNAs to join our anesthesia care team consisting of 6 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs in beautiful Fort Smith, Arkansas. Position Highlights :

• Compensation up to $285,000 / year W-2 (base and metric), cardiac stipend $20,000 (if qualified)
• Generous sign-on bonus offered
