Join our dedicated and supportive team as a Behavioral Health Technician I, where you will provide direct and supportive care to clients / patients in a compassionate environment. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, monitor health, manage crisis situations, and facilitate group education and structured activities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to fostering a safe and therapeutic atmosphere for clients / patients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that clients receive the necessary care while contributing to their recovery journey.

Key responsibilities include :

• Provide general oversight and support to clients / patients in daily activities.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to health emergencies, escalating situations as necessary.
• Document and maintain accurate records for medications, behaviors, and treatment progress.
• Facilitate client / patient transport as needed and adhere to medication policies.
• Educate and encourage clients to participate in program expectations in a trauma-informed manner.
• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to identify client strengths and needs.
• Assist with admission, orientation processes, and report any behavior concerns promptly.
• Conduct drug testing and maintain communication with the treatment team.
• Prepare and facilitate group rehabilitative support and education as scheduled.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment while following organization policies and procedures.
