A company is looking for a People Operations (HR) Manager to establish and standardize efficient people processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain company people operations policies and human capital development strategies
Evaluate the talent pool and optimize the organizational structure through training and performance reviews
Design and implement recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding policies to enhance the employee lifecycle process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in various Human Resources functions
Familiarity with HRIS or similar Professional Employment Organizations
Ability to partner with and support managers at all levels
Experience managing a fully-remote workforce is preferred
Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not required
