We are seeking a dedicated Nursing staff (LPN or RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for resident care and strive to providing high-quality services.
Duties
- Provide medication administration and direct resident care under the supervision of the DON
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provides healthcare instruction to family and residents, as well as support
- Works cohesively with the DON to plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare
- Monitor / Record Vital signs
- Assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living) and personal care; including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, meal assistance
- Support residents in Assisted Living and specialized units such as Memory Care
- Utilize electronic medical record efficiently and properly
- Communicate appropriately with residents, resident families, and staff member
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Compact Nursing license in the state for which you are applyingFamiliarity with medical terminology and proceduresFamiliarity with medication administration and dosage calculationExperience in senior living, skilled nursing, or caregiving, is preferred, not requiredAbility to provide compassionate careCurrent CPR / First Aide certificationif not certified, willing to obtain through the companyAbility to commute to Greenfield, IN 46140Physical Requirements :
