Full-time Legal Assistant needed in mid-sized Fort Wayne Law Firm. Prior experience in Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, Family Law and Criminal Law is highly desirable. Preferred experience in using Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Tabs3 / PracticeMaster a plus, but not necessary.  Must have good communication skills as candidates will be speaking to clients on a daily basis.  Fluent in opening and organizing case files, preparing legal documents such as motions, petitions, subpoenas, complaints, responses to opposing parties, discovery requests, etc.  Ability to coordinate court hearings, mediations, appointments with clients, depositions, etc.   Must be a team player and work well with others.

General Office Hours 8-5 M-Thur and Fridays 8-3.  Parking, Health Insurance and 401K offered.
