Key Responsibilities

Own the systems, strategy, and execution of the quoting engine and automation infrastructure

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and carrier performance

Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, including loss ratio, retention, and conversion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)

7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain)

Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams

Structured framework for problem-solving based on first principles

Experience communicating with diverse audiences, including technical and executive stakeholders
