job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Providing direct supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavior interventions into IEPs, ISPs, and other treatment plans . Maintaining thorough documentation of services per funder requirements and submitting reports within designated timelines. Ensuring adherence to HIPAA laws, state regulations, and accreditation standards . Attending and participating in team meetings to discuss case progress and best practices. Communicating with leadership regarding client needs, service delivery challenges, and professional development opportunities . Master’s degree in a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (active status required) . Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , including functional analyses, assessments, and intervention strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, providers, and team members. Ability to train and supervise RBTs and other staff. Knowledge of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations , and best practices in behavioral health. Strong time management and organizational skills . Must be in good physical condition to perform job duties.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to providing top-tier behavioral health services.
In this role, you will support individuals and families by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, conducting functional assessments, and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
Your expertise will be key in training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
