Ethos Veterinary Urgent Care is hiring a part-time Client Care Specialist to join our team in Nashua, NH.
Our Urgent Care centers bridge the gap between general practice and emergency. Our 3-doctor practices offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting / diarrhea, and euthanasia.
Our urgent care centers are specially designed to deliver efficient care and are furnished with advanced equipment and technologies. Urgent Care Hours of Operation :
- Monday-Sunday 8 : 30a - 8 : 30p Anticipated Schedule : Part Time Saturday / Sunday : 8 : 30a - 8 : 30p (Preferred, but can be flexable) Compensation : Starting at $18 - $20 - will increase with experience!
About the Job :
Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner.Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely.Educate and advise clients regarding hospital services and practices. Process check-ins promptly and efficiently, schedule and check in regular appointments, and tend to all client requests while always ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients.Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.Process invoices and payments accurately Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing Answer multiple phone lines promptly and professionally, direct calls, fax, and scan.About You :
One year of customer service experience. preferred but will train the right candidate.Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and commitment to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.Detail-oriented with good organizational, communication, and time management skills.Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.Part Time Benefits :
