Physical Security Design Engineer

Work collaboratively with sales and project management to engineer and develop system designs, proposals, and estimates.

• Work collaboratively with the CAD department to ensure accurate and detailed drawings.
• Work collaboratively with the technical services group to ensure technical functionality of the proposed solution.
• Work with vendors and their technical support departments to design solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Achieve necessary certifications to design and engineer accurate solutions.
• Prioritize engineering tasks to meet workload demands effectively and efficiently.

Job Description

An Engineer at Fedora Intertech will engineer and design commercial electronic

security solutions. Some of these solutions may include alarm / intrusion, CCTV, access control, paging,

intercom, audio / video, and fire systems. Engineers work collaboratively with technicians, project managers,

sales, and other professionals to design and specify solutions to meet and exceed customer expectation

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with electronic security, fire alarm, intercom / paging, IT

networking, and / or system automation.

Ability to read / understand CAD Drawings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills and software aptitude.

Must be highly organized with demonstrated success managing multiple tasks.

networking, and / or system automation.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
