Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing administrative, care coordination, and field support teams to ensure timely and high-quality patient care
Support the implementation and management of standardized workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Senior Practice Manager to achieve practice goals and key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of healthcare management experience, with a track record of leading both clinical and administrative teams
Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred); being a Registered Nurse is a plus
Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise
Ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups, from physicians to administrative staff
Flexible approach to challenges with a hands-on attitude
