Job Summary

The Test and Pack team member is responsible for inspecting, testing, and packaging products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements. This role plays an important part in maintaining production flow and ensuring timely shipment of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and test products for quality and functionality according to company standards.

Accurately record testing results and identify any defects or irregularities.

Package finished products safely and efficiently for shipment.

Label and prepare products for storage or delivery.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Assist with other tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or packing experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
