CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

How You'll Contribute :

  • Lead and manage the accounting team responsible for AP, AR, GL, PR, etc.
  • Review financial entries and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage inter-company transfers and receivables.
  • Oversee and maintain production reports.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow.
  • Review sales tax reports for accuracy.
  • Assess risk; maintain insurances / licenses, compliance, etc.
  • Monitor and direct implementation of business strategy; perform analysis including margins to assist in key decisions.
  • Work closely with an outside CPA firm.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with special projects, as necessary.

    • About YOU!

  • B.S. in accounting, finance, economics, or related field required.
  • CPA license.
  • 7+ years of accounting experience with progressive growth in responsibility including exposure to retail and supervisory experience.
  • ERP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to strategize and see the big picture.

    Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate's qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, JD). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $140,000 to $160,000 not including other competitive benefits.
