The hospital is a 400+ bed regional referral center and it manages its own Hospitalist program.
Practice Highlights :
- 7 on and 7 off
- Each rotation has 2 physicians and 1 APP
- Call is shared equally and taken from home after 7pm
- Work in the ICU to treat critically ill patients
- Lead ICU team and coordinate specialists as needed
- Perform emergency procedures, as needed
- Collaborate and work with other healthcare professionals as needed
- 7 on / 7 off rotation for days and 12 shifts per month for nights
