Summary of the Job : The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the tellers and teller work and ensure employees are focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. The Supervisor will provide leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, Leadership ability and management skills, Previous working experience in a retail banking environment, Oral and written communication skills, Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community, Ability to problem solve

Compensation range (base pay) : $40,310.00-$64,497.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and / or skill level.

Registration Requirement : This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.
