Expanding and  highly respected  civil litigation firm with specializations in warranty defense litigation is offering an Associate Attorney position in its warranty defense team.  Although we have a new office in the Brentwood area which is open for all employees to work from,  this position will be Remote / Work from home.

The right person will be a fast learner, a self-starter, have excellent writing skills, be able to handle their own case load, and be interested in litigation. You will be given many opportunities to shine and carry your own case load (with support). Our firm prides itself on a collaborative team environment where we care about the work that we do and always deliver for our clients. Our clients include major automotive manufacturers, small / local businesses, and individuals.

Any of the following are a plus (but are not requirements) for a candidate :

• Knowledge of or familiarity with litigation defense work.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with California Rules of Civil Procedure / Federal Rules.
• Experience with pleading challenges, depositions, written discovery, and motions.
