We are seeking 3-5 years experienced Business Analyst with a solid understanding of Java-based systems and API integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions-working closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to define, analyze, and deliver functional and integration requirements. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and technical understanding are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Work with the development team to translate business needs into functional specifications and API integration requirements.
• Understand systems and communicate effectively with technical teams on feasibility, dependencies, and impacts.
• Create and maintain user stories, process flows, use cases, and interface specifications.
• Support the design and validation of RESTful API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect triage, ensuring delivered solutions meet business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and sprint planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on APIs, integration points, and business logic.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and project timelines.
