We’re looking for a Lifestyle Communications / PR Account Executive to join our team in our New York office and work on our lifestyle and spirits brands.
The role is a critical one for some of our high-profile accounts. This person will work to lead media and influencer relations, drive organic coverage, contribute to client planning and strategy, and generally contribute to the business success of our clients.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hardworking and creative individual who possesses a passion for the lifestyle category.

Core Responsibilities
Account
Maintain day-to-day client communicationsContribute to weekly and bi-weekly client status callsDraft and contribute to media materials, including strategy documents, press releases, pitches, and briefing materialsDraft and maintain recaps and reportsConduct frequent media monitoring and provide analysis as related to client work and needsEarned Media
Identify and develop strategic and creative pitch anglesDevelop editorial pitch calendarsGenerate impactful earned media coverage, inclusive of proactively identifying new angles and opportunitiesMaintain robust media lists across spirits and lifestyle publicationsInfluencer
Drive and contribute to influencer programsConceptualize and manage influencer collaborations and social campaignsMaintain network of influencer contactsDraft detailed influencer briefsManage influencer partnerships end-to-end, from vetting, to contracting, to program executionOversee influencer deliverables, budget reconciliation, content review processOverall Communications and Planning
Feed into seasonal and yearly planning and strategiesCultivate relationships with media, stylists, influencers, talent reps, and other industry decision makersResearch and identify unique partnership opportunities (talent, industry, and cultural)Conceptualize creative elements e.g. seeding kits, product deliveries, etc.Serve as an expert in the lifestyle and spirits space, providing informed POVs and recommendationsContribute to planning and execution of events and activationsProvide day-to-day management and guidance for junior level colleaguesAgency
Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and more as relevant to the agency and client workStay on top of cultural trends, shifting consumer habits, and developments in the digital and technological landscapeManage junior team membersContribute to new business, including ideation, research, and deck developmentQualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in communications; agency experience is preferredExperience working in the lifestyle and spirits categoriesExperience in client communicationExcellent media & influencer relationshipsProficient at multitasking and organizationStrong writing skillsKeen understanding of influencers and best practicesKeen understanding of the current media landscapeCulture enthusiast with a strong interest in pop cultureExperience managing direct reportsCompensation

We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k), generous PTO and holiday schedule including Summer Fridays, and more. We have a hybrid working schedule, with Tuesdays-Thursdays designated as in-office days.
The salary range is $55,000-$65,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
