Project Scheduling Lead

Join our dynamic team as a skilled Primavera Project Scheduler. Manage complex multi-location projects. Provide expertise in advanced project scheduling methodologies and systems to support critical client initiatives across vast industries and geographical locations. Work on developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for complex, multi-site projects. Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource-loaded schedules. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure accurate schedule development and maintenance. Perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and resource optimization. Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Support the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and reporting. Conduct scheduled risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling best practices. Support proposal development with scheduling estimates and methodology.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience in construction project scheduling
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-location and collaborative environment
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
