MRKT Supervisor – Town and Country Resort
Help our guests start their day with great service, delicious bites, and a smile! MRKT, our vibrant coffee shop and market, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Starting rate $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of MRKT, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate baristas and team members
- Assist with preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items as needed
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product presentation
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards
- Support the Food & Beverage leadership team in achieving operational goals
