Project Manager
The Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of customer programs while achieving operational and financial targets. Collaborating with strategic and regional teams to capture new business opportunities with mixed packaging materials.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assemble, develop, maintain and train an excellent project team Co-ordinate and manage all phases of the project / program, including R.F.P., order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation
- Develop and manage critical project / program timelines. Obtain customer approval for timelines and monitor the process through to completion
- Review and approve all design / detail drawings and art files prior to release to the customer
- Actively manage customer inventories and re-orders
- Monitor production of a product through both a physical review of work in process and a thorough review of labor and cost report data. Aid in the development of corrective actions where needed
- Assist in managing finished goods inventory related to assigned customer
- Support estimating and costing of programs, including participation in cost-reduction programs
- Pursue revenue and gross margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations
- Work collaboratively with other sales teams to align manufacturing inhouse or through establish trade partners.
- Travel is required up to 50%
Qualifications :
Salary Pay Range : $50,000 - $75,000 annually dependent on experience
