Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based therapy services. This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional duties in San Jose, CA, requiring a mitment of two days per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress documentation for school-aged children.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development and learning.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in pliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
