Medical Assistant - PFT Tech

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Medical Assistant - PFT Tech for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include : schedule and verify patient information; perform body plethsmography test (PFTs in body box).

Education + Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.

Certification / License + Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologists (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, NHA + Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.

Days : Monday - Thursday Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM Experience + PFT experience a plus. + Clinical experience Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
