What You’ll Do
Provide speech-language services to students across grades PreK–8, including those with diverse learning needs (special education, at-risk, linguistically, and culturally diverse students)
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with clear goals and objectives
Administer, interpret, and report on speech and language assessments
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
Use a variety of instructional approaches, including cooperative learning and interdisciplinary units
Adapt materials and methods to meet individual student needs
Align instruction and interventions with district, state, and national standards
Maintain strong classroom and session management to foster a positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Required : Colorado Special Services Provider license with a School Speech / Language Pathologist endorsement
Preferred : Endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education, or willingness to pursue
Experience with diverse student populations and inclusive practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong skills in assessment, IEP writing, and goal-setting
Multiple special education endorsements and bilingual skills are a plus
