Responsibilities
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to improve the effectiveness of employee performance.
- Develop and facilitate ongoing training and development through LifeScience Logistics University
- Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media, including – CBT, PowerPoint, etc.
- Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and standalone plocies.
- Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of facility in relation to established goals.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improved efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Support Organizational Development’s morale initiaves by facilitating employee social functions.
- Maintain and inform Corporate HR Director of all communication with federal and state agencies.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Specifications
Background or Experience in automation is strongly preferredAssociate or / and Bachelor’s degree in training and development, or equivalent experienceWillingness to take initiative and able to work independentlyDemonstrates resourcefulness, ownership and excellent problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and OutlookMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsExhibit exceptional interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and customersProfessional dress is requiredTechnical Expertise
Skillfully navigate through Quality and Employee Management Systems with training – CQ, UKGIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills : Outlook, Excel, PowerPointIntermediate to Advanced skills in ArticulateBasic to Intermediate to Advanced public speaking and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience utilizing web-based telecommunication softwareAdditional Employment Requirements

Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.Occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs. is required.Working Conditions
