Salary : $75,000 - $120,000 per year

• Long-Term Care : Providing 24 / 7 skilled nursing care and support for individuals with chronic conditions or those who need assistance with daily living activities.
• Rehabilitation Services : Offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy to aid in recovery and enhance functional independence.
• Memory Care : Specialized programs and support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
• Palliative Care : Focusing on comfort and quality of life for those with serious illnesses through symptom management and emotional support.

Job Details

Requirements :

Current RN license

Must have supervisory experience in a long term care setting

Strong leadership skills

Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred

Job Details :

Lead a team of nursing staff and foster a team atmosphere

Ability to be a liaison with residents, families and support departments

Provide information on practices and procedures

Know the laws, regulations and guidelines of a Long Term Care facility

Ability to implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the department.

Follow and understand all company policies
