The Ft. Wayne nephrology practice is an independent, regional affiliate of NANI. This cohesive team of 13 Nephrologists, along with 8 physician extenders, provides a full spectrum of renal care, including a state-of-the-art vascular facility, and clinical research.
We are seeking nephrologists interested in a general nephrology position or a general / interventional mix.
Our growing Ft. Wayne, IN practice is hiring nephrologists to provide the full scope of nephrology services including ESRD, difficult-to-control hypertension, kidney disease, acute kidney injury, and kidney transplant. This role enables participation in all clinical aspects of nephrology, including outpatient dialysis, home dialysis therapies, outpatient continuity clinics, and inpatient nephrology, as well as lifesaving clinical research and consulting services.

Qualifications :
Medical Doctorate or equivalent
Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
Strong clinical acumen
This position does meet J1 requirements in some locations and may be considered for 2025 graduates.
