What You’ll Lead
- End-to-end improvement initiatives : scope, schedule, budget, and ROI calculations.
- Design / testing cycles to refine new and legacy equipment for efficiency and reliability gains.
- Hands-on support to maintenance and production—swift troubleshooting on mechanical, motion, and hydraulic systems.
- Structured problem-solving with continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Compliance verification to applicable codes and standards across products, systems, and processes.
- Capital project support and documentation using TPM tools and the six-step management methodology.
- Training plans and sessions to embed new processes and equipment safely.
- Clear project reporting and stakeholder updates.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.10+ years’ experience; chemical / process manufacturing strongly preferred.AutoCAD expert for electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings.Advanced mechanical, motion, and hydraulic troubleshooting.Fundamental troubleshooting of electrical systems, instrumentation, and PLCs.Proven collaborator who gets results with cross-functional teams.Nice-to-Haves
3D modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Navisworks).Six Sigma Black Belt.Background in chemical manufacturing.Compensation, Travel, and Perks
