Position Summary
Marketing is at the core of our world. Marketers understand the consumer, ask questions, and drive toward a vision for future success while delivering revenue and profit. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be at the center of some of the biggest decisions we make.
Sr. Analysts are leaders in our brands and businesses : you turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities span strategy, advertising, media, and agency management. This role suits someone who is creative, has a bias for action, loves social media, and communicates well. You should be comfortable working across the organization to keep multiple projects moving forward to achieve goals.
The Sr. Analyst role provides an opportunity to work on an iconic brand. You will partner with creative talent to activate the brand in culture, deepen emotional connection, and drive leadership in value, convenience and taste. You will be asked to think differently about how we advertise and to inspire others to do the same.

New Hire Base Salary Range : $88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
