Ironworker / Steel Erector – Field Welder (Orlando Area) Location :

• Apopka, FL – On-site across Central Florida job sites Pay Range : $27 – $35 per hour (based on skill and experience) Schedule : Full-time or part-time
• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour day shifts Benefits : Paid time off

• What You’ll Do Weld and install structural and miscellaneous steel (beams, rails, stairs, embeds).
• Read blueprints and follow directions accurately.
• Operate scissor and boom lifts safely; assist with rigging and signaling.
• Cut, fit, and grind steel using torches, grinders, and measuring tools.
• Work with your crew to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all company and OSHA procedures — no shortcuts.
• What We’re Looking For Experience with 7018 stick (3G & 4G) and 6022 deck welding .
• Ability to read basic blueprints or learn quickly.
• Experience using lifts, harnesses, and rigging gear.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.
• Willing to travel for short projects (we offer per diem and travel pay).
