As a Security Professional Retail Mall Patrol Specialist in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the area in a vehicle while remaining highly visible and approachable. You will also provide outstanding customer service, assist with inquiries, and communicate clearly with both team members and the public. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
