Job Title : Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location : Houston, TX - Onsite

Hours : Up to 20 hours per week

Compensation : Up to $30 / hour, based on experience and skill set

Employment Type : 1099 Contractor

About the Role

Sendero Industries Holdings is seeking a versatile and capable Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives for Sendero Industries and Sendero Energy Services. This role is ideal for someone with strong design, digital, and writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of execution without constant direction. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to create professional, on-brand content and ensure that all materials, communications, and platforms reflect the identity and goals of both companies. We're looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and skilled enough to jump in and contribute from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Design digital and print collateral using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
  • Draft and schedule content across Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Make web edits and content updates to WordPress and Wix sites
  • Write clear, concise marketing copy for social media, websites, and one-pagers
  • Coordinate branded materials (business cards, new hire shirts, signage, etc.)
  • Prepare for trade shows (design assets, promotional items, registration, shipping logistics)
  • Organize and maintain brand assets, templates, and content libraries
  • Support photo and video projects (basic editing, file handling, prep work)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , especially Illustrator and InDesign
  • Confident working in WordPress + Wix and familiar with basic web structure / content
  • Strong writing skills for short-form content (social, web, print)
  • Experience managing social media content for business accounts
  • Self-starter with strong organization and time management
  • Able to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

    • Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience in the construction, energy, or industrial sectors
  • Basic video editing skills for reels, clips, and content formatting
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp

    • Additional Details

  • Max 20 hours per week (strict cap unless pre-approved for special projects)
  • Time must be tracked using Toggl , with weekly deliverables submitted
  • Contractor will report directly to the Marketing Director
