Role Overview :
The Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC-OM Functional Analyst is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the Order Management (OM) and related modules within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP suite. This role ensures seamless orchestration of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, integrating sales, fulfillment, invoicing, and financials to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Design & Configuration :
Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping, and Receivables modules.
Define orchestration processes, fulfillment rules, order types, and pricing strategies.
Set up customer profiles, product catalogs, and transaction types.
Process Optimization :
Streamline OTC workflows including order capture, validation, fulfillment, invoicing, and collections.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and IT teams to improve order accuracy and reduce cycle time.
Implementation & Support :
Lead or support Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
Provide functional support for OM-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
Integration & Data Management :
Support integrations with CRM, WMS, 3PL, and financial modules using FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Ensure data integrity across order, inventory, and receivables systems.
Testing & Documentation :
Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct UAT, regression testing, and support go-live and hypercare phases.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, including 2+ years in Fusion Cloud Order Management.
Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and Fusion OM architecture.
Hands-on experience with modules : Order Management, Pricing, AR, Inventory, Shipping.
Familiarity with orchestration rules, fulfillment setups, and workflow configurations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle CPQ, Subscription Management, or Logistics Cloud.
Knowledge of SOX compliance, audit controls, and multi-entity setups.
Exposure to Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
Oracle Cloud Order Management certification.
