The Creative Services Producer will be responsible for tagging Network promotional spots and developing cutting-edge commercial and promotion spots from concept to completion. This role produces a wide variety of Ozarks First promotional spots, commercial sales promotional spots, community spots, news topicals, branding and image spots, and may include some longer-form lifestyle show segments. The position may assist at station sponsored events. Duties include developing concepts and writing scripts as assigned, and providing input regarding equipment and software needs. Additional duties as assigned by the Creative Services Director or the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Tag Network spots with local logo / times.
• Produce a wide variety of promotional and branded content from concept to completion.
• Develop concepts and write scripts as assigned; shoot and edit content to tell compelling stories.
• Collaborate with the creative team and project stakeholders to ensure on-brand content that drives results.
• Coordinate asset and information exchange; take meeting notes.
• Manage multiple projects with varying production styles while maintaining strong client service.
• Coordinate production activities, including working with the Director of Marketing, clients, account executives, agencies; plan locations, talent, music, voice-over and other technical pieces (cameras, vehicles, etc.).
• Manage video equipment and software needs; extensive shooting and scripting of short and long-form spots from concept to completion.
• Provide backup graphic design as needed.
• Interpret client business needs; develop design briefs by gathering information to clarify design issues.
• Meet deadlines and maintain scheduling commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of design fundamentals, color, typography, and composition.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The Creative Services Producer must be able to stand, sit, conduct telephone conversations, use email, write, and conduct face-to-face discussions. May work outdoors in all weather conditions and indoors in controlled environments. Must be able to lift, set up, and operate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and handle or control objects, tools, or controls. Repetitive movements may be required; work may occur in very bright or inadequate lighting conditions.

Compensation : The pay rate for this position starts at $18 / hr. Other compensation includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, 401K match, and Paid Parental Leave.
