We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and to the highest possible standard. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from initial R&D manufacturing to project scheduling, and will play a crucial role in our company's success.

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

6. Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

7. Implement and manage quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet our exacting standards.

8. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure that the manufacturing process aligns with the wider business objectives.

Job Details

Qualifications :

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need :

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

2. Extensive knowledge of R&D manufacturing processes and techniques.

3. Strong understanding of hardware and its role in the manufacturing process.

4. Proven experience in project scheduling and BOM management.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.

8. A degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Manufacturing, would be highly advantageous.
