About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : RN

Shift : Night Shift

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum 1 year

License : RN license required

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have :

  • Experience in Burn and Reconstructive care.
  • Ability to care for off-service patients in PCU status, including stroke and cardiac patients.

Description : Unit information :

  • The unit has 22 beds.
  • There are 35 staff members.
  • Day shift consists of 1 free float charge nurse, 6 RNs, 2 PCTs, and 1 unit coordinator.
  • Night shift consists of 1 free float charge nurse, 6 RNs, and 2 PCTs.
  • Patient ratios are 1 : 3 or 1 : 4.
  • The unit utilizes standard equipment and electronic medical records.

    • Typical procedures performed on the unit include dressing changes.

    The ideal candidate should possess a high level of independence.

    Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.

    Candidates with preferred skills will be prioritized.

    Every other weekend is required, and there is no on-call duty.

    Dress code : Scrub color is navy blue.
